After a zombie knocked me out my character stared moving forward, so my friend was unable to bandage me. Shortly after we lost connection, and Patch 2 was downloaded. After relogging onto another server i had stopped moving and regained full control over my movment, although i was still unconscious. I was able to use the Keys WASD, Y(z)XC and my mouse to move whereever my friend guided my. My Screen was black with the "you are unconscious" text the entire time.

This happened to me as well, I have some footage of me walking around with my friends while unconscious.
This is what happened to me:
I was sick so i was losing blood, and i lost consciousness. I knew about the bug to press esc to see while you are unconscious, so I navigated my friends to my body.
friend 1 handcuffed my body and defibbed me(we dont know what defibs do, so we tried it) the defibs did not wake me up.
i then figured out i was able to walk while unconscious, so we were all having a laugh about my dead guy walking
he gave me a blood transfusion and i woke up.
