Upon login character enters the world and it will take 10 or so seconds after gaining control of your character for objects in the world to pop in and have the textures load properly, after this happens the players vision is blurry and extremely fuzzy. It appears that it can be remedied by opening configuration and clicking on video, at which point everything goes back to normal and graphics become crisp again. Not sure whether my character is afflicted by something and being able to disable the fuzziness by going into settings is the bug, or whether having the constant fuzziness unless you go into those settings is the bug.
