Happened to me, and a couple of my friends when we got critically injured. We had super blurry vision from being low blood. We tried all the remedies, including vitamins, (5 uses each) 2 bloodbags each, and copious amounts of food. Our vision wouldn't improve in the slightest. In addition, my vision was extra blurry when I was facing any direction other then south. I unfortunately didn't think to screenshot it. Also, we were able to remedy it by going into the visual settings and clicking video. Just going into the menu would fix our vision so we weren't blurry anymore. The visual issues would return every time we logged out of a server and back into a server, but as before, we could remedy it by going into the video settings.
