When walking into buildings on the Kamenka -> Balota shores, zombies easily and always clip through the floors, as if there was no building there. It is also nearly impossible to hit them, even if you are aiming at them.

Find Zombie, walk into building, try to find him in the floor.

It does not seem to happen if they walk into the stairs, as then they do as they should do and actually go inside the house.
