Players can't play on the same server with Network Connection Sharing

Description

If players use one internet connection(Internet Connection Sharing), for example "Laptop<->Computer(Internet Connection Sharing)<->Internet", they can't play on the same server (disconnect/cant connect).

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Сonfigure internet connection using ICS (Internet Connection Sharing).
  2. One player enters to server normally.
  3. If second player connect to server with first player, then he stuck in players menu. And first player lost connection to server.
Additional Information

Players can play on different servers without problems. Players can play with Router without problems.

Having a similar issue, bought my roommate a copy and we proceeded to try and play together.

Here's where things get interesting. We were able to connect to a low population server for a period, but attempting to join a server over 20 players resulted in me either being disconnected or being stuck in the main menu.

This is a duplicate of #663 (Can't connect to servers with the same ip).
