Description

Not sure if this is just a bug or is an intended display. Items remain on the toolbar but appear white when the item is dropped on the floor.

This is an intended feature.

Items will only be removed from the bar when you manually do it, the box appears white because it's not possible to complete the action (In this case you no longer have the weapon).

It's just to allow players to see if there is a problem or not at a glance.
