When i saw a dead body, (Player) i decided to loot him, and I found a motorcycle helmet. When I equip it directly from his inventory item appeared UNDER character

You can fix this by re-equipping item.

I had this similar problem today. First time after the newest patch 113822.

I am pretty sure the devs are aware of this one. Rocket encountered that in one of his livestreams.

It's just a visual bug, it fixes itself if you wait long enough.
