Was in game and ALT+TAB to check website, came back into game and was emptying M4 magazine into ground, couldn't stop firing. Loaded another half full magazine, ALT+TAB, came back in same thing.

Additional Information

Switched to axe, ALT+TAB again, repeat and did not swing axe. Did same with empty hands, no animation of punching.

When I get a pistol, I'll try that next.

This has happened to me as well, left clicking once back in game stops it
