After quickly changing server 2 times I and 2 other friends spawned back at the beach without our loot.

I don't know if it is reproducible, but it happened to all of us simultaneous.

Additional Information

We where on server 1
Changed to server 2 (we all checked the time on different servers)
I logged onto server 3 and spawned at the beach
Back to server 1, still on the beach.
