After climbing a ladder sometimes the character is unabble to step in the upper floor so he falls back to the begin of the ladder and break his legs.

Steps To Reproduce
Just try to climb a ladder. Is more common in those buildings just north from Cherno, I guess they're new in dayz (I never played Dayz Mod).
