Description

I have received notifications of other people creating bug reporting accounts. They are just emails notifying me of the account being created but describes a different account name and different email address.

It has happened more than once, however, I am unable to forcibly reproduce it myself.

I can confirm. I received email, usernames and IP addresses for two accounts that were not mine.
