I was being attack by a zombie inside a apartment complex and it pushed/attack me through the building and I became stuck in the apartment complex. I was unable to get out of the building by running, stepping over, or proning out. However I was lucky enough to find a ladder and was able to get out of the building by climbing the ladder. Though this means you can geodata glitch through walls if you are in reach of a ladder.

Steps To Reproduce
Face a corner of two walls making a 90 degree angle with a zombie behind you. You should be pushed through the wall by the attacking zombie and fall through to the glass floor inside of the building.
