Characters "taking damage"-sound gets caught in a loop

Description

The player takes damage which results in endless loop of character making noises indicating pain/taking damage. These noises occur in intervals of approximately 30-60 seconds. In my case the character was at full health and without any thirst or hunger statuses.

This happened to me after getting attacked in the long dormitory structure in Gvozdno (SE side of town).

I vaulted into an empty bedframe to grab a gas canister and dropped another item to give myself space to pick it up. Then a zombie clipped through a wall to hit me and make me bleed. After eventually killing it and bandaging (one of the multi-use medkit bandages), the sound kept repeating every 30-60 sec until I logged off (~10 minutes).

When I logged back in the looping pain sound was gone.

This glitch has happened multiple times to me in versions 0.28, .29 and .30. Server latency might have a part in it but cant confirm this.

Same thing happened to me. I assumed maybe it was pain related. I consumed over 50% of painkiller pills and it did not fix the issue.
