Me and friends whilst running in the middle of nowhere will hear zombie sounds. It could be zombies under the world, or perhaps some sort of trigger repeating. It happens about every 20 seconds or so. Also, when one of us eats or drinks something.. for some reason the sound will play randomly within a minute or so later. This causes confusion and false alarms.
