If I have both back slots filled by say an M4 and an Axe and I put a fire axe in my hands the fire axe will disappear when I log out and log back in seconds later.

- Fill both back slots a. Get a rifle and an axe
- Put item in hands, such as another axe
- Log out
- Log in
- Observe missing axe from hands
Additional Information
This only appears possible with weapons. I have not been able to put a shirt in my hand to try that. It seems to only happen when there is on place for the item in your hands to be otherwise.

In recreating it again I discovered that the item is not "gone" if you go to eat, or possibly any other activity involving the hand slot, it will be dropped on the ground near you. In a way this allows the character to carry an item with out it appearing in their inventory or hands.

ok, i just tried this, this is fixed
Tried it with a chemlight and full inventory and 2 firearms (repeater and SKS)
Items did not disappear on logging out and in.
