When selecting the 'climb down ladder' action on a platform, my character instead walked over the ledge in the direction of the ladder, falling to the ground. This happens on occasion - not always.

Steps To Reproduce
- Get on a platform or roof where there is a ladder to climb down from.
- Select the 'climb' action on the ladder. The player should get on the ladder in *climb* mode.
- Try this from different angles (angle from ladder to player, angle of direction the player is facing, etc) and distances from the ladder to see if the problem occurs.
Additional Information
This is a frustrating bug that needlessly kills the player.
