I'm running version 28113772. The action menu for doors and ladders no longer shows. I've tried restarting the game, changing servers, etc., but still now action menu for these items.

Note: My client version is 28113772. There are currently no servers running this version, yet I'm still able to connect to servers running the previous version. This bug could be caused by version mismatch.

Try playing on the new updated servers. If your game on your client was updated, but you're on an older server version, this may happen. It happened to me and when I switched to an updated server, it stopped happening.
