My character holds the axe like he has two left hands... he holds it also in the wrong direction...

another little problem was the shovel in my hand, while I was crouching in first person view, it clouded my sight...

Press space to lower your axe, every weapon has a raised and lowered animation. The currents animation will likely remain a placeholder until a more pleasing animation is created.
