Not sure how this happens but sometimes when equiping clothing, I've only tried with hoodies, the area of the body that the clothing belongs to turns invisible. I've managed to take a screenshot of what this looks like.

After a while the character model stops being invisible so it's not a major issue at the moment, at least as far as I know, but it still might be something that needs fixing. It only seems to happen sometimes. {F28381}
