I got shot by another player and died and upon respawning, it put me in my old body with 10,000 desync while bleeding and starving with some of my old gear.

I can run around but I don't seem to bleed out (no surprise with the desync) and zeds can't hit me. I let it sit for about thirty minutes and nothing seemed to happen. The respawn button is not highlighted.

It's worth noting that when I originally died, I waited about two minutes before exiting the game entirely. It wasn't until two hour later when I logged back in to discover this glitch. Unfortunately, the game has been unplayable for a day now because of this = ( I'm curious if anyone else has run into this or if I'm just a freak case.
