Being 1-2 meters away from an "exterior" ladder like the one on one of the "control tower" walls (airfield) or any of the 9-12 story buildings in cherno that have the small ladders on the roof. I attempt to climb down the ladder using the action menu, my character proceeds with the usual animation (Holsters the gun) and starts walking towards the ladder, then suddenly the character leaps off and plummets down while still executing the animation and usually in the climbing stance.

Steps To Reproduce
Be on top of a structure that has a ladder going downwards. Walk towards it and click middle mouse button (what i do) while still holding the w key. And this is how you brake a leg/Die :)
