Steps To Reproduce
- Drop 2 or more empty canteens into your hotbar
- Move close to a well
- Select the first canteen
- Fill the canteen
- Select the second canteen
- Attempt to fill the canteen
For #6, the fill option will not be available, only "drink"
Additional Information
The only workaround is to drop the full canteen so you can fill the second one, then pick it back up.

The hotbar cannot distinguish yet, so it takes the <b><i>first</i></b> (upper or more left) instance of that item in your whole inventory, no matter whether you dragged two different on the hotbar.
