Devs won't have any idea why your game crashed either, unless you provide some very specific information. Best way is to upload a crash report. Tutorial can be found here:

To solve your problem we need dxdiag and files from this folder: "C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\DayZ\"

Can you pack the files in winrar and upload it somewhere please?
