I will have an item in my hand, and randomly sometimes when i'm putting it away, it will dissapear permanantly. I wont have manually dropped it, it doesnt end up on the floor (that I could see, I may have missed it) but it still shows up on my skillbar whited out. happened to me twice, once with some cornflakes, and once with my flashlight.

Steps To Reproduce
Not really sure how it happened. Try switching weapons repeatedly/holstering and unholstering weapons?

If the item is actually in your inventory, then when putting it away from your hands it will go in your inventory.
If you took the item into your hands then it will drop on the ground. What can happen is dropped items do not show up because of desync/or clip into something/appear far away (other floor, outside)
