Description

I got killed, re-spawned with my clothing, but no flashlight+battery.

Note that I died as the Asian woman and respawned as my selected model. Might have something to do with this.

I've encountered this too. Had to exit and come back in to game to resolve it. Also heard someone else say the flashlight will appear automatically after a few minutes.
