Can Client Performance(FPS) be your Top Priority?
New, WishlistPublic

Description

Client Performance is being a issue, players with a good Hardware still have to lower the graphics down making it a little not enjoyable to play, everyone knows this is Alpha and we understand, but Client FPS should be Top Priority if not already :D

I have some friends with worse or a little better hardware then me and some say they get over 100 with Full Settings and others have the same issue as me...

My hardware is:
GeForce GTX 660 Ti
i7-4770k | 3.50GHz
8.00 GB RAM
1920x1080 (In-game and desktop res.)

And with those I'm forced to use Low on some parts of graphics and normal and still I see sometimes fps drops from 45+ FPS to 30-

Looking at objects at a distance I notice they only focus if Zoomed in or I get/stay REALLY REALLY close to it, I don't what it to be like that and you understand my view (:

I know Client Performance will be fixed but please do some tweaks every update or so that you guys send out so that the game stays nice and doesn't be a meanie with dah FPS! D:

EDIT: Got some FPS by changing sceneComplexity; shadowZDistance; viewDistance; preferredObjectViewDistance Values

Playing in windowed mode (even on the same resolution, gave me a huge performance increase (20 - 45+ in big cities) can be changed in the dayz.cfg folder under

"windowed=0" (change to 1)

Got 20/10 FPS by changing values on sceneComplexity; shadowZDistance; viewDistance and preferredObjectViewDistance.
