While in game, at random points, this message minimizes the game and appears on the desktop with the "notification ding" sound.

It doesn't seem to happen while in a major city over in the middle of nowhere, it is random.

I have tried closing all other programs but it still happens.

I AM NOT trying to whine about it, I am just providing some feedback. I will be submitting more of these so you can hopefully fix the problems quicker :D
