I run i7 2630, 6 giga RAM, nvidia 540m
What I've done:

forced through nvidia control panel to use nvidia GPU and not integrated gpu (i'm on laptop)
setted in profile this:

sceneComplexity=150000; shadowZDistance=100; viewDistance=1800; preferredObjectViewDistance=1600;

GPU_MaxFramesAhead and GPU_DetectedFramesAhead to = 1

Achieved 8 fps on the respawning coast.
So... now?
I've played Arma 2, DayZ mod and no things like that occured in past.

Susp set Reproducibility to Always.

Susp set Severity to None.

Susp set Resolution to Open.

I'd like you to try and run the game with its default settings/setting it to the lowest in-game.

With everything setted on low/disactiveted and some tweak in the .cfg i run at 15 fps (in Electro too), 25 inside building.
