If you have a blurry screen you can fix this.. For example if you get hit by a zombie your screen will/may stay blurry but if you go into your settings and click video (where you change your screen resolution) and then just go back into game without changing it, it will remove the blurry ness.

I found after taking damage and bandaging myself the resolution was really low quality and "blurry" and stayed that way for a while.
I went into video settings and shut off v-sync which I thought fixed it. Then it happen again and I went and turned it back on which again fixed it.
Seems like doing anything in the vidio settings will cause it to refresh the screen.
