I went up from Balota military inst. straight up toward the apartment buildings. I entered the no. two from right of the ones that were closest to Balota. When going down stairs I ran over the broken parts of the stairs at the bottom, and then glitched into the wall/an unenterable room, and got stuck. I am now waiting for my character to die, as I cannot get out from here. {F28235}
