Not sure if already looted out or not fully configured. Apartment Buildings do not hold loot, most of chero apartments are vacant of loot.

Servers do not regenerate loot at the moment. There is a high chance it has already been completely looted.

IIRC, Rocket said that they were implementing the loot spawns in the new apartments after the latest stream

I have also found this lack of loot to be true. If the building has been 'looted' and no loot is respawning then that would probably explain it!

yes as of right now no loot respawns until the server is restarted. this really needs to be fixed. the loot table is fine just the problem is once loot is gone its gone till a restart. really needs to be fixed. its the only major problem left imo
