"Global" Chat After Death

Description

Unable to replicate it myself, but it has been done several times by other players. At random once a player dies while speaking or speaking while joining in on a server, it allows them to VOIP in a glitched global channel.

I also checked the server to make sure global chat was not enabled (which it shouldn't be in the first place) and it wasn't.
