While I was assuredly alone, I kept hearing another player's proximity chat. I could hear the player in question typing in stuff through his loud mechanical keyboard, but saw nothing on proximity text chat. This persisted until I logged out, and happened over the course of running several kms from Elektro to Staroye.

I too have experienced this bug at one point. It lasted until the user in question logged out. Attempts to communicate via direct chat all failed.
