yeah this unconscious bug is really dumb, needs an instant fix!

Jup.. Seem to happen if you run a great distance, and/or not eat or drink, however you don't wake up from it.. :S

Same bug for me, waited 30 minutes.. still unconscious.
Relog etc. doesnt help

I got punched by some naked dude, knocked out, and now I am forever unconscious.

One guy struck me with an axe and I got unconciuous forever.

Waited for 30 minutes. Friend tried using epi-pen. Still unconscious.

Same happening with me, this and little loot and zombies is the only thing that's annoying me so far. I read a lot of glitches here but none are gaming changing like theses atm.

Confirmed, no way to fix this unless you completely respawn and run back to your dead body! Pretty game breaking! Thanks for the hard work devs!

Yeah I can confirm I waited around 25 minutes, I have heard people waiting around 45 minutes before respawning. Some people woke up after 30 minutes, this seems a very long time in a game that already takes a very long time to achieve satisfying results.

Suggest to;
Lower unconscious timer to 5 minutes or less
Add a timer like the original dayz or
create a new unconscious effect that has warped vision and extremely slow and inaccurate movement.

Same, waited 20 plus minutes and gave up. You can press ESC and choose to respawn. Please tell me long knock outs are not intended.

First of all, they should do something that able your friend to wake you up by giving you a water or some medicines. At the moment the only thing that they can do is grab your gear. Anyway game is freakin awesome, thanks Rocket and Team !

Glitch happened 3 times for me now. Can confirm. Once from starvation, once from running too much, and overall drinking water/ eating food seems to have no effect or little effect for the low drop rate. This makes it almost inevitable to eventually become unconscious and pretty much get stuck there. Pretty game breaking at the moment however I understand it will get resolved and appreciate all the hard work from Rocket and the team.

I think this is related to issue 0000158, I'm ending up passing out and dying no matter what I eat/drink.

When I log into the game I'm now always unconscious, whilst I have the unconscious screen up (black text white writing) I cannot see anything. If I hit escape I have the menu open and I can see my character 1st person view. If I go back to game I still see the black scree again.

If I move the mouse or run about and then hit escape, I can see that's player is moved.

Basically I'm not unconscious in the game. My controls are working while the screen is open. The overlay is getting stuck not the actual player being unconscious.

Same here. I'm guessing the timer is just long, though having waited 5 mins, I felt that was enough and re-spawned. A timer would be nice.

My friend was able to move his character when he was unconscious. When he press ESC he was able to see, but cant move.

Happened to me 3 times now no matter what I do I eat and drink plenty and I don't get hit by zombies I rest, still you seem to have around 1 hour to play before this bug happens.
