Dragging something like a pistol from vicinity box directly on the hot-bar does show the icon, but does not actually transfer the item to inventory. Also causes hot-bar to be unresponsive, no items are being switched in the hands.

It happened 2 times in 1 hour, with a flashlight and a pistol.

Restarting caused character to be deleted on both occasions. This did not happen with any other log-ins & outs.
