Upon entering the game I was unable to turn around using the mouse. W A S D keys functioned fine, but I was unable to spin around, etc. Upon logging out/back in, everything was normal.

I've had this too. It was like i was holding down ALT to look around, but i was not. Upon restarting everything was okay.

sometimes it gets stuck on a laggy server, it jumps back to the center (in my case)
double alt and just trying to rotate didnt work.
