Small update got the dayz.cfg from a friend and played around with the configs got it work but it's not optimal still, can't tab out and also when I start the game I have to do alt tab once for it to load properly

i am also having this issue but not on game launch i will be running and it will minimize and wont open back up but i will hear game sounds when i try to open running amd-8350 8gb 1866 550ti on latest beta drivers Windows 7 64bit

Any luck of getting this fixed Matt, I have now changed GFX card to Asus GTX 760
And it's not that so not sure what it could be. Some specific settings?
Another update is that after I got the file from a friend I can start it but once I start playing with graphic settings and start it next time game just starts and minimezes and can't bring it up again.

Maybe adding a video link to a youtube upload may helped them see it in action and understand. Don't know but i know the issue has been causing problems being able to play the game with my cousin.

I'm having the same problem. it happened after i changed the games resolution settings. The game starts up and minimizes on its own.

Also have this issue, I press Play on Steam and the game doesn't load up. I have to make the game crash/close via Task Manager.

I have the same issue but it happens after playing for an hour ow two randomly. Minimizes back to windows and can't get back into game.

Sigh...got about 3 hours of play out of my clean install and the issue has now started up again.

I guess we haven't made it enough of an issue to be handled asap i understand there are bugs right now that are worse than this one but id rather deal with an in-game bug than being able to not play a the game at all
