Steps To Reproduce

The only way to load the game is going to steam apps locate Arma 3 folder and load from the folder. Pasting a short cut to windows desk top only produces the pasted message above. I had no problem before updates a while back. Sorry don't recall the update.

you're missing some files that are part of .NET Framework. Please try to re-install the latest .NET Framework: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49981 that should resolve your issue.
