Headless Client Crashing (Unknown module error)

Description

So i bought a sepperate Arma key so i can use the headless client to offload the server.
But the danm thing keeps crashing with a Fault address: 53005449 00:53005449 Unknown module error.

I tried many things, i even downlaoded the WerthlesHeadless Test mission and ran it... Client crashed.

Ive tried assigning the HC to Core 3 and 4 and the server on 1 and 2 but it resulted in a crash.
Let them run on all cores, but it also resulted in a crash.

The weird part is i can spawn civis on it, a lot of them without any issue.
I can spawn AI Opfor wihout any issue, But the moment i Engage the opfor as bluefor the client crashes.

I uploaded the RPT and DMPs from the WerthlesHeadless test.
If this cannot be resolved i would like to get refunded! {F28040}

Steps To Reproduce

Load any random mission that support HC, engage AI and poof! headless client is a goner.
I prefer the WerthlesHeadless so you can see whats on the HC and whats not.

Additional Information

Does not matter how many i spawn, 1 or 200.
It always results in a crash.

Spawning 300 civ, and the client runs stable at arround 30FPS.
Spawn 1 opfor to engage, and it crashes.

No mods installed.

Hello,

we are sorry for the trouble you are having.

Did you follow the instructions provided in this Werthles' Headless module guide? In the How to Use sections it is stated that Players, HCs and Servers need to run the WHM mod, however your rpt shows only Heli mod running.

Please try to go through the guide again to see if everything is properly set on your server as well as on the client.

Are you having trouble with running the HC when connecting to server that is not running any mods?

I tried many variations with and without mods.
It seems like when the AI needs to react to a player the HC crashes.
Because it works perfectly when I spawn 200 civies or let 100 op for guys walk/Drive around.
I can track their movement via de debug camera and the HC will sit arround 30 fps.

The AI will do their rounds around an AO for hours without the HC crashing. But the moment they spot an enemy(me as bluefor for example) the moment they raise there weapons to react, the HC crashes.

I'm going to reinstall/Downgrade windows server2012 to win2k8.R2 to see if it helps.
