Every time I launch the game in vanilla, not long after joining a server in multiplayer, my game crashes with the error of 0x00000001 - UNABLE_TO_INIT_DXGI popping up.

It's odd as the game does not crash, and runs smoothly forever when I launch the game with mods enabled, and play on multiplayer servers running these mods, which seems somewhat the opposite of what should be happening.

I've already tried setting up and updating my graphics drivers to the most up-to date versions and it didn't work, so I downgraded it to my current, new but not beta drivers from AMD instead. {F28027} {F28028} {F28029}
