Different Startup Parameters/No Startup Parameters - no change
Reinstall the Game - No change
Hadware check - everything is fine.
Different Graphic Settings: No Change even on low or max settings
Delete all Player Profiles and make a new one - No Change.

GPU:GTX 660
RAM:12GB
1TB HDD - More than 500 is free
16GB SSD
All Drivers are up to date.
