Managed to play for 30 minutes until I started getting the same error over and over again after just playing for 3 minutes in between. It happens every time I'm in game. I do not have any mods installed and I'm playing Wasteland which has had no issues before.

It started happening with the switch to Windows 10. I've reinstalled DirectX, verified integrity, reinstalled the C++ redistributables, reinstalled the game multiple times, made sure no background programs are running, etc.
