(In RC test branch 3D editor) When you place a unit (eg FIA Rifleman) then right click and select "Arsenal" you can give it custom gear. For me i gave it a smg and changed the clothing a bit. I set up respawns using a description.ext file and placed marker titled "respawn_west". respawns work fine but after the unit is killed it respawns with what ever that original unit spawned with. so in this example the default gear of a FIA Rifleman. I then tried exporting the data from the arsenal menu and i pasted it into the init box of my unit. I get the same result. I am testing the scenario with other users after it is exported to multiplayer missions as well.

-start 3d editor on any map.
-place 2 FIA Rifleman.
-Right click on one and give it custom gear.
-either click ok or export.
-If you clicked export paste the data on your clipboard to the init box of the unit.
-make both units playable on multiplayer (one player one playable).
-place empty marker with name "respawn_west" (this is the respawn point)
-set up description.ext file in the missions folder in my documents with respawn set to 3 so that player will respawn on the marker.
-export the mission and set up multiplayer game.
-using other player kill the unit with the custom loadout.
-Upon respawn unit should have same gear as the unchanged FIA rifleman.
It would be cool if units created in the arsenal would show up as their own unit with the other assets (example: along with fia and nato in the bluefor assets tab you would see a arsenal tab where custom made units could be dragged and dropped in the 3d editor like any unit.
