New high command functions

Description

I hope that you will update one of the best features in Arma 3 - high command module. I want to offer some new functuions for it:
1)Team switching within the High Command structure - player can switch to any member of HC groups and back for HC leader any time.
2)Select multiple waypoints for moving, deleting and setting properties
3)Split waypoint paths
4)Advanced waypoints for landing and unloading troops.
5)Setup refuelling missions for fuel trucks and medical mission for medics.
6)Setting up waypoints without troops moving then order them to start moving.
7)Squad Management including splitting and merging.
8)Switching sides.
9)Command the transport of troops about the map in vehicles and helicopters.
10)Load and Unload squads of crews and foot soldiers to and from vehicles in game.
11)Select subsets of the selected groups on the High Command bar by type of group.
12)Functions for extracting casualties.
13)Statistics on the current battle state including selected group vehicle and unit states.

And may be even more....

This functions were implemented even in arma 2 addon for HC - high command extensions ( https://forums.bistudio.com/topic/117702-high-command-extensions/ )
and were very helpful. I hope that this promising game mode will be updated and will have new features and capabilities.

  1. Make Eden Editor placed HC groups have a custom callsign, that works by default on dedicated servers. Functions have been added, like setGroupIDGlobal (https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/setGroupIdGlobal), still it's required to add that to units of groups to be named via init fields in the editor.
