arma 3 official launcher is not launching

Description

A few days ago my ARMA 3 launcher stopped working.
I have all of the prerequisites for it,
I removed everything to do with ARMA 3 in "My Documents",
I Deleted "Launcherconfig" in the ARMA 3 directory.

When I launch ARMA 3, It says for a few seconds that I am In-game then it show synchronization and returns back to regular status without any error messages.
I did remove arma3, no fix, i removed steam, no fix.
i deleted the appdata local file .... no fix

then, each time i have to go with arma3.exe, but then BE is not loading .... and it's not fun

please help me

Hello,
is there any error report on your desktop? There might be a text file with name "Arma3Launcher_Exception_xxxxxxx.txt", sort of a last resort log.
The logs you've send us are completely empty since 15th January which means that application won't start, which would indicate either missing libraries or corrupted .NET Framework installation.

i did reinstall .net framework 4.5, ..... same thing, arma is not lauching with the laucher, still have to use the arma3battleye.exe method.

i did remove all arma 3, so wich library are you talking about ??

Hello,
I meant .NET Framework library or Windows library.

You have Windows 10 which means that means that you can't (re)install .NET Framework 4.5 as system won't let you do that because a newer version (4.6) is part of the operating system. Please try to re-install .NET Framework 4.6.1 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49981

Also after you try to start Launcher, you can check Windows Event Viewer for any error reported by .NET Framework. If there is a problem with application, there might be an error record under Windows Logs\Application log.

Hi, i did install 4.6.1, and no luck, so i removed arma 3 laucher folder, i did check integrity from steam to reinstall the launcher and no luck again.

for the second post, i do not have any error message, it 's like if arma is launching and the just close, no warming, nothing. When i launch the game from steam, i can see just beside arma3 ( game launch ) for 3 to 4 sec, then it's replace by synchronization for 1 sec and then nothing....
