For some reason if you throw a grenade you can't throw another for about 5seconds but you can throw all other object one after the other including smoke without any delay.

I assume it's trying to simulate a delay but would it really take 5 seconds in real life to grab and throw a second grenade and why allow the others to be thrown quickly.
