Removed: Stencil shadows disabled in the Video Options (lowest shadow setting replaced with lower quality shadow buffer shadows)
[...]

Tried in version 133935 and they're still there. Even with the lowest setting (LOW) stencil shadows are not replaced by soft shadows!
