Filters button on Server Browser module of Arma Launcher always forces rollout of Filter options, but does not collapse on second press. If intended as separate UI, separate Dialog should open with OK/cancel button. If intended as filter toggle, as it appears, rollout state should toggle rollout or rolled up.

Steps To Reproduce
Open Dev-Branch Launcher
Select Servers module
Click Filters Button
-Observe Filters Rollout
Click Filters Button again
-Observe Filters Rollout rolls out again.
Additional Information
The current experience is quite different from current UI standards and provides a jarring experience as a user. I clicked three times before I realized what the interface was doing. I am a programmer myself and know this is not normal expected behavior for this type of UI element.
