Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

When I start arma 3, it quits and a window pops up with the following message:
Exception Processing Message 0xc000007b Parameters 0x00007ffb6b306550 0x00000000C000012F 0x00007FFB6B306550 0x00007FFB6B3306550

I tried upgrading from Windows 8.1 to 10, but that didn't help.

Additional Information

I was communicating with a developer named Wizard, and he gave me a link to the steps to take to fix the problem. I tried all of the ideas listed for this error in the link he sent me ( https://steamcommunity.com/linkfilter/?url=http://feedback.arma3.com/ ).
When I ran the Microsoft Dependency Walker, he told me to upload the file that I saved from the program, so I'm here doing that.
I have also uploaded the error before through the window that pops up after ARMA3 has the error, but that was not using Microsoft Dependency Walker.

Hello,
could you please run Dependency Walker on "arma3.exe", not on "arma3launcher.exe".

Sorry about that. I uploaded the new file.

Hello,
your issue is caused by a corrupted DirectX library "c:\windows\syswow64\XAPOFX1_5.DLL". You can try to re-install DirectX (which usually doesn't work), get the file from another computer (you have to get the file from the same folder - SysWOW64 - as there are more file with same name, but different content), or you can run an unofficial hotfix of mine from http://arma.jiripolasek.com/files/DirectX_Fix_For_Arma3.exe

Holy wow it worked! Thanks! How the heck do I give a 5 star rating for this!?!?
