This is a repeat post because my previous post received no help after a full month of waiting and posting comments requesting help. Please help me with this issue this time! I can't play a $30 game that's been around for around 2 years, yet I can play other games that just released or are even in pre-release in much higher fps and withough crashes. This needs to be fixed... The post is as follows...
I receive the following message from my PC:
"The instruction at [...] referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program."
This is followed by the memory crash exit code 0xc0000005. I have attached my report.
Based on the wiki page for this error code, I have:
- Updated windows
- Updated drivers
- Checked integrity of game cache
- reinstalled C++ 2013 distributables
- additionally, attempted reinstall twice (after 2 and then after 4 above)
In addition, singleplayer has fps between 10-20fps at lowest settings. My computer can run Fallout 4 on ultra, as well as a variety of other new and older games, at 60fps. So it's not my specs that are the issue. For further info, I have attached a dxdiag report as well.
